H&E stained section of an adenoid cystic carcinoma of the left breast in an 81 year old female. Solid nests of tumor cells are surrounded by stroma that infiltrates into the neoplastic cells, forming pseudolumina (bottom left). Image captured at 10x magnification by light microscopy.
