The Compendium of Cytogenomic Aberrations in Neoplasia (C-CAN) is collaborative project to document and describe chromosome abnormalities in cancer. This resource is supported by the Cancer Genome Consortium (CGC) and those with an interest in clinical cytogenetics and genomics in cancer.

Chromosome Abnormalities

Browse chromosome abnormalities found in heamtological, soft tissue and solid tumors

Copy Number Abnormalities

Lear about common copy number changes detected by chromosomal microarray

Cancer Types

Browse disease sites and their associated genomic abnormalities.

Teaching

Learn about chromosome abnormalities in cancer and associated mechanistic phenomena.

Protocols

Browse and exchange laboratory protocols and bioinformatics analysis pipelines.

Get Involved

Learn about this project, the CGC and its members.
